1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Safon Techs products, including Safon Academy and Safon Nexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on Safon Academy, including videos, software code, branding, and logos, is the exclusive property of Safon Techs or its content partners.
• Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, or distributing any course material. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.

3. User Conduct & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any attempt to bypass Safon Nexus security or manipulate the automated payment verification process will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments for digital courses and services are final once access is granted. No refunds will be issued for completed transactions.
• Referral commissions are paid out only after the automated system successfully validates the underlying transaction through Safon Nexus.

5. Limitation of Liability

Safon Techs shall not be liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by internet outages, server maintenance, or third-party banking delays. We do not store financial transaction records; therefore, users are encouraged to keep their own bank receipts for personal records.

6. Modifications to Service

Safon Techs reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice to ensure the platform’s security and technological evolution.
